Challenge
Amecomex managed 338+ foreign trade professionals with scattered Excel spreadsheets. No digital registration portal, no automated membership fee control, and no web presence reflecting the size and strength of the association. The board needed to modernize operations and attract new members without interrupting the entity's day-to-day work.
Solution
Two integrated systems in 6 work sessions: a multilingual institutional landing page (PT/EN/ES) with a 4-step membership form and Google and LinkedIn OAuth login, and a full CRM with 15 management modules - members, fees, events, mentoring, welcome kit and analytics. Infrastructure on Hostinger VPS with Supabase PostgreSQL, automatic SSL and Row Level Security.

Discovery & Architecture
Mapping of 338 existing members, data architecture definition (9 Supabase tables) and stack selection: React 19 + Vite + Tailwind + shadcn/ui.
Landing Page
Responsive mobile-first design, multilingual system PT/EN/ES, 4-step membership form, hero with video and Google + LinkedIn OAuth integrated.
CRM - Core
Dashboard with KPIs, complete member management (registration, photos, history), fee control and financial status, welcome kit.
CRM - Advanced modules
Events and registrations, campaign data verification, weekly newsletter, reports, engagement analytics, settings and permissions.
Infrastructure & Deploy
Dedicated Hostinger VPS, Nginx with SPA fallback + gzip, Let's Encrypt SSL with automatic renewal, Infisical Vault for secrets, PM2.
E2E Tests & Go-Live
Playwright suite confirming both systems LIVE, OAuth validation in production, RLS review and data migration preparation.
